TICKETS

Welcome at the official website of ticket online booking and purchase of the Museum of Warsaw. We accept payments either by bank transfer or card. If we do not receive confirmation from your bank within 60 minutes after you have made a reservation, it will be cancelled and you will be notified by an email.

Complaints relating to the ticket online booking and purchase should be submitted within 14 calendar days from the start of the transaction by email: bilety@muzeumwarszawy.pl or by post: Muzeum Warszawy, Rynek Starego Miasta 28-42, 00-272 Warszawa, adding a subject line: Complaints – Ticket Reservations Office.
